getting a Calorie counter or book
I want to thank all of the people who responded to my last blog I am writeing to say that I think I am going to get a Calorie counter or a book listing different foods with there calorie value in it with my next pay check. I am also writeing because I think this is something other people might want to think about doing.
Especially if your not into doing the pre-packaged diets which I’m not because I figure if I’m going to eat healthy to loose weight I want to do it for good and people who do the pre packaged diets seem to loose the weight all and good but after they do they just end up going back to there old ways and gain it all back again. I don’t want to gain it all back so I need to teach myself a different life style. but that is my own oppinion and very much off topic.
So anyway the tip I learned today is that if you are just learning ask questions and if you are trying to change your behaviors on eating and want to log your food get a calorie counter or book that has food other then just the prepackaged foods.
talk to you all later,
Becky
That’s great about the book. I think there actually may be some free websites too that can help you with calorie / fat counting too until you can buy that book. Do a search for it. Have a good day!
WW is right, there are some great FREE calorie counter websites with massive databases, including brand specific stuff. Two of the best are:
http://www.fitday.com and
http://www.calorie-count.com/
I was going to buy a book, but these really have more than enough for me.
